Do you also help older students?

Of course! Need help in math and science for your job? Working on your GED? Reach out anytime -- I'd love to help!

Age is NOT a criteria. I say 'high school' and 'college' to describe the coursework, not the student.

Will this help me do better in school?

I hope so. However, keep in mind that relying solely on my coaching won't guarantee success. You'll need to be curious, self-motivated and persistent.

Remember, it's good to seek additional help if needed, and you won't hurt my feelings if you do.

I only need one meeting to help with one specific problem. Is that okay?

Absolutely! I especially enjoy helping students reach an "ah-ha!" moment.

Can you help with college-level math and science?

Probably, but if it's quantum mechanics in physical chemistry — sorry — I haven't touched that in over 40 years. Tell Schrödinger I said hello!

Can you tutor students with mental health conditions or diagnosed learning disabilities?

I appreciate your trust in asking. However, I’m not trained to provide tutoring in this area.

I strongly recommend reaching out to licensed professionals or specialists who are equipped to provide the appropriate support. They’ll be better positioned to meet individual needs and ensure a positive learning experience.

Where are we going to meet?

We will meet at public locations. Some examples include bookstores, coffee houses, and libraries.

Are you wondering if we could meet at your house? Apologies, but only at public locations.

I have money. Can I pay?

I sincerely appreciate the offer, but I don't offer paid services or products and want to remain available for students who face financial challenges.
